Executive Biography - Corvus Global

Brent Perry, Chief Executive Officer

Brent Perry is a global operating and management executive who's successful at building high-performance teams and leading sophisticated manufacturing and service organizations with P&L responsibility.

A strategic visionary, Brent has a strong understanding of the energy sector and attacks problems with a clear sense of purpose and urgency. He is well skilled at establishing operational excellence within culturally diverse environments, translating conceptual models into specific growth strategies and planning and executing multi-faceted global business development campaigns designed to improve market share, gross revenues and net profit.

Brent has a clear vision for the expansion of the lithium-ion battery industry and a proven history in lean manufacturing, sales, product distribution and customer service leadership.


Will Walls, President

Will Walls has 27 years of experience in senior financial and strategic leadership roles in a number of industries including clean-tech, telecommunications, software and construction. His wide industry experience and strong ability to build capital structures and teams for rapid growth is a great complement to Corvus' senior management team.

Will possesses experience in establishing and executing upon corporate partnerships and international joint ventures. Most recently, he spent 7 years in senior management roles (SVP and VP) with one of North America's largest and most diverse construction companies, establishing their investments and partnerships in waste water, renewable energy, large Public Private Partnership road projects and the incubation of new shared services for large fleets/leasing and business process improvements.

In 1998, he helped structure the initial spin-off of 360networks and became VP Finance of that Company through $6.5 Billion of financings and strategic acquisitions undertaken quickly in the dynamic, feverish tech/telecom window of opportunities that existed during 1998-2001.

From 1985 to 1998, he held senior financial roles with various emerging enterprises (publicly listed and private) in Canada, the U.S. and United Kingdom.


Cecil (Cec) Primeau, Chief Financial Officer

Cec Primeau brings to Corvus Energy a unique combination of management, financial and information technology skills. He is well suited to making a difference in today's rapidly evolving business world in his position at with Corvus Energy.

Previously, he held senior management positions as chief financial officer, chief operations officer and chief information officer in a broad range of industries, including A&W, FRBC, Argus Industries, PricewaterhouseCoopers and NewHeights Software.

Cec is a Certified Management Accountant and has a Masters of Business Administration in International Management from Asia Pacific International University.


Neil Simmonds, Chief Technology Officer

Neil Simmonds has worked in the battery industry for more than 25 years and holds more than 70 battery-related patents.

He has worked as the lead researcher on numerous research projects and has developed products for many of the worlds' leading original equipment manufacturers, including Bell Labs/Lucent Technologies, Motorola, Phillips Communications, Sony Corp., NEC, Panasonic, Sanyo and Rayovac Corp. among others, as well as numerous government and military organizations.


Neil Lang, Chief Operating Officer

Neil Lang brings a proven track record in operations leadership within multinational organizations and has a mandate to develop and execute the operational plan in support of the company's global growth strategy.

For the last 4 years he served as Chief Operating Officer for Day4 Energy and supported its growth in revenue from $10 million in 2008 to $170 million in 2010. Prior to this he served as the Operations Director for a $100 million division of the Hain Celestial Group, as supply chain director for SISU Enterprises and also spent six years in the UK working for Unilever Plc, one of the world's leading suppliers of branded consumer goods.

Neil holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University and is a chartered engineer registered in the UK.


Geoff Davenport, President, International Business

Geoff Davenport has 35 years of experience in senior sales and strategic leadership roles in a number of clean-tech, telecommunications, and software companies. His unique combination of experience and demonstrated ability to build teams brings additional strength and focus to building Corvus' international business.

Geoff has worked closely with manufacturers and suppliers to develop integrated solutions in renewable energy and smart grid markets. He has negotiated complex supply and project development agreements, established corporate partnerships, and has been responsible for completing M&A transactions with large electronics manufacturing concerns. Geoff has been a sales leader in a number diverse industries and markets, demonstrating an ability to create successful and committed teams in complex arenas.


Allan Grant, President, Global Business Solutions

Allan Grant is a seasoned executive business executive with over 30 years experience in the clean energy sector and stationary power markets. An experienced project manager, with a PMP designation and an MBA degree, Allan's strengths include proposal and business case development, customer and investor engagement, strategic planning and creative, out-of-the-box problem solving.

Experienced with strategic planning, as well as developing distributors in the USA, Taiwan, India and Africa, Allan has also developed strong relationships with partners such as Siemens, ABB and Alpha Technologies. Joint projects with these same partners allow for delivery of integrated solutions to the end customer.
