Corvus Energy Leasing is a Division of Corvus Energy Ltd., dedicated to helping
our clients to be able to take advantage of Green Renewable Technologies. We
offer competitive Leasing platforms for both finance leasing and Operating
Leases, working with our clients to create a plan that best suits their needs.
Finance lease Benefits & Requirements

10% Deposit against total price of contract.

Fixed term with a pre-determined buyout option at the end of the lease.

Duration from 5 years to 10 years.

Client gets all of the benefits of ownership without having to purchase the
contract up front.

Interest Rates are very competitive, but based on the credit analysis of the
buyer.

Rates tend to range from 4-12%

Final payment amount is negotiable, but tends to a very small number.

Corvus Energy Leasing maintains ownership and service of the contract for the
duration of the lease.

The client gains access to capital allowances and depreciation.
Operating Lease Benefits & Requirements

10% Deposit negotiable against the value of the contract.

Shorter term with flexible payment levels, but higher balloon payment costs at
the end of the term.

Duration of 5 years.

Client gets all of the benefits of ownership without having to purchase the
contract up front.

Interest Rates are less competitive, ranging from 6-14% based on credit
analysis of the client.

Final Payment amount is negotiable, usually represents a larger portion of the
contract value than a Finance Lease.

Corvus Energy Leasing maintains ownership and service of the contract for the
duration of the lease.

Client gains access to capital allowances and can write the cost of the lease
payments down against business.
