Corvus Energy's TOPAZ™ Manufacturing System is a state of the art production method that has
been engineered in house using our own proprietary production planning and control software,
Integrated Plant Data System (iPDS). iPDS combines Corvus' custom MRP, integrated manufacturing
system, and advanced product life cycle management software to enable flawless planning and
execution of order-to-delivery as well as improves product quality by simplifying employee
training, incorporating error-proofing in manufacturing, tracking and controlling all performance
and build information.
Not only is TOPAZ™ designed with quality in mind, it is designed to be repeatable
- anywhere in the world with a minimal footprint. The TOPAZ™ system can be transported
in one 40 foot container. With the line set up to launch in as little as six weeks, we
have a fully modular system capable of producing up to 25,000 batteries each year.
